Sessions are typically once a week, but I do have some availability for fortnightly sessions.

I charge €70 per session.

In-person sessions are held in the Drogheda Holistic Centre, 45 Fair Street, Drogheda, A92YH22.

I use doxy.me for online sessions.

I accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or Revolut.

A minimum of 48 hours (2 full working days) is required to cancel a session; otherwise, the fee will still be charged.

I am a pre-accredited member of IAHIP.

Yes, I attend regular supervision to ensure I am providing the best possible care to my clients.

I am committed to maintaining client confidentiality, in line with the ethical standards set out by the Irish Association for Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapists (IAHIP).

There are some situations where confidentiality may have to be broken, e.g. where a person is at risk to themselves or others; where an arrestable offence has been committed; or where a child or young person may be at risk of harm. If such a situation arises, information will relayed with consent, to those on a need to know basis only.
