How Your Data Is Used
Email and phone number are only used to communicate with you about therapy session arrangements/ appointments.
The provision of therapeutic services. Session notes support my work as a therapist. Coded records are stored in a locked filing cabinet. The key holder is Sinéad Molony, and the key is kept with this person at all times.
Anonymised information may be shared with my clinical supervisor to ensure the effective and ethical provision of therapeutic services.
Under no circumstances will I share any records with another therapist, GP or allied professional unless given clear permission from a client.
There are some situations where confidentiality may have to be broken, e.g., when a person is at risk to themselves or others; when an arrestable offence has been committed; or when a child or young person may be at risk of harm. If such a situation arises, information will be relayed with consent to those on a need-to-know basis only.

Technical data: When using this website, the following technical data is collected: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time. The hosting provider Squarespace collects this data on my behalf to analyse site traffic, performance, and visitor behaviour.
