Counselling & Psychotherapy
You don't always need a specific "problem" or a defined reason to come to therapy.
Very often, clients come to therapy simply because something doesn't feel quite right — even if they can't really explain exactly what that is.
You might feel a bit lost, a bit low, or like life is running away from you. You might feel disconnected from yourself, or from the people around you. You might have a sense you could be happier, but aren't sure how to get there. You might want to retrieve parts of yourself that have been hidden, forgotten, or left behind, but you’re not sure how to begin.
Sometimes people come to therapy after a difficult period — a loss, a relationship ending, a health scare, a major life change — and find that they need space to process what they've been through before they can move forward.
Others come simply because they've never really had a space that was entirely their own: somewhere they can speak freely, without editing themselves or worrying about the impact on those they love.
Whatever brings you through the door, you are welcome. I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experience at your own pace — finding clarity, reconnecting with your own resilience, and making changes that enhance your everyday wellbeing.
My hope is that through our work together, you leave with a greater sense of who you are, what you need, and what is possible for you.
